The Level Home Improvements Development Process

STEP ONE: Taking your ideas or long overdue projects and turning them into a reality.
We come to you. For the initial consultation, we come to your home and discuss your project, your needs, your concerns, and most importantly, your budget. Whether you are looking to remodel your bathroom, customize/organize your closet space, or create that built-in bookshelf in your daughter’s room, we listen to your abstract ideas. We take those ideas, add to it our expertise and make it a reality. With only the utmost professionalism, we are able to discuss the project feasibility, design concerns, and budgeting. We listen carefully and interpret your needs into solutions. These solutions are creative, functional and aesthetically pleasing. When it comes to your budget, we are able to advise you on how to best control costs, without sacrificing your project’s integrity.

STEP TWO: Putting your ideas to paper and pushing it through the “red tape.”
We work for you. We are able to work with you or your architect to draw up the blueprints. From our years of experience, we are able to create the perfect design and layout, straight from the drawing board. In addition, we are proficient in Computer Assisted Design (“CAD”). In many situations, we are able to utilize CAD renderings to bring your ideas to life, while still on paper. Technical drawings are available (for a nominal fee, which can be applied to construction costs) that will be submitted to your municipal building department for permit application. Nevertheless, some clients prefer to handle the permit process themselves. We are adept in the local and national governmental standards, regulations, and code. We are flexible. Just tell us the level of guidance and support that you desire.

STEP THREE: Beginning the construction and remodeling process.
We get right down to business. Once the proper permits and approvals are obtained, we bring in our equipment and get to work. We know that living in a “construction zone” can be a difficult and frustrating time, but Level Home Improvements tries to streamline this process. Additionally, you can feel safe hiring Level Home Improvements. Each and every day of your project, you will know every individual working on it. Furthermore, you will be treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, throughout the duration of the job. This will vary depending on the scope and type of project. We will be on the job, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., working hard for your project. We strive to minimize the negative effects to your yard, home, or daily routine. There may be staging areas that require space on your property for inbound material, demolition/dumpster(s) and tools/equipment. We strive to keep these things “out of your way,” while maintaining an efficient worksite.

STEP FOUR: Putting on the final touches: on the job and on your face – with a smile.
We finish what we started. We take your job through each step towards completion. Our policy is to keep working until the job is completed. Sometimes weather or extreme unforeseen circumstances can slow a project down. Notwithstanding, Level Home Improvements gets the project done, without starting and stopping. As we get closer to the finish line our project is cleaned and we request your final inspection. This is the most important inspection of all. Level Home Improvements is a business made up of professionals who love what they do and what they create. We thrive off of your reaction, your smile, to a job well done. We have been blessed to build a client base of “clients for life” and we cannot wait to have the opportunity to do the same for you, your idea, your project, and your home.

STEP FIVE: Keeping up appearances.
We want your satisfaction in the work that Level Home Improvements created to be longstanding. Within a few days of completion, we (or one of our associates) will contact you to follow-up. By that time, you will have had the opportunity to truly “live” with your final project. We are perfectionists. We strive to leave every job/customer 100% happy, but no one is perfect. That is why if there are concerns or something that was omitted from the final inspection, Level Home Improvements will quickly address it. Now Level Home Improvements has given life to your idea and we look forward to your next project.
